Pepperoni Rolls
Pepperoni Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread, sauteed onions, pepperoni, any 2 cheeses and egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thaw bread at room temperature.
Cut the loaf in half (makes two rolls).
Roll out on floured surface (I use wax paper).
Layer with sauteed onions, 1st cheese, pepperoni and 2nd cheese.
Close roll and brush with egg yolk and milk.
Bake at 325Β° until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
