Pepperoni Roll(Appetizer)
Pepperoni Roll(Appetizer) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf thawed rhodes frozen bread, 1/4 lb. presliced pepperoni, 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Remove the outer layer of skin from 1 to 6 heads of garlic.
Cut 1/2-inch off from each head straight across top and arrange in shallow baking pan.
Drizzle 2 teaspoons olive oil over each head, letting it run between the cloves.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 30 to 45 minutes more, until garlic is tender when pierced with a toothpick.
Cool slightly.
