Pepperoni Loaf
Pepperoni Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) frozen bread roll, 1 egg, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 lb. pepperoni and 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Let bread thaw and rise.
Cut in half.
Mix egg and cheese. Roll out each half.
Spread half of egg mixture onto dough.
Lay out pepperoni and 1/2 of cheese.
