Pepperoni Loaf
Pepperoni Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread (let rise), 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 pkg. or 1/4 lb. thin sliced pepperoni and 2 c. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix the Parmesan cheese and egg and divide in half.
Divide all ingredients in half. Divide bread in half and roll out. Spread egg mixture, pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano leaves. Roll in jelly roll fashion into two loaves. Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
