Pepperoni Cake
Pepperoni Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small cake yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 c. lukewarm water, 1 c. flour, 8 eggs and 2 c. chopped or grated pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix yeast, water and 1 cup flour; set aside.
Beat eggs well; add flour, mixing thoroughly.
Add yeast mixture, cheeses and pepperoni.
Pour mixture in a greased (spray with Pam) Bundt pan. Let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
