Pepperoni Bread

Made with 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2-3 tbsp. olive oil and 1 3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375°.
Roll dough to 12x9 inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.
Combine oregano and garlic powder; mix with olive oil.
Brush oil mixture lightly on dough, reserving some for top.
Cover with pepperoni and cheese.
Roll up jellyroll style.
Brush with remaining oil.
Pinch seams tightly.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes. Cool at least 15 minutes before slicing into 1 inch slices.
