Pepperoni Bread
Pepperoni Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 lb. unsliced pepperoni (depending on taste), 1 lb. solid mozzarella or shredded, 1 1/2 lb. pizza bread dough (makes 2 loafs), 2 egg whites and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Slice pepperoni into cubes 1/8-inch thick.
Shred Mozzarella. Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Using a roller, apply flour on surface. Roll dough into a diamond shape; 6 x 6-inch wide, starting at the smallest point.
Add pepperoni and Mozzarella (small portions at a time).
Roll over and continue adding, then rolling, pinching each end.
After roll is completed spread egg white over roll with paper towel.
Bake on cookie sheet, 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
