Peppermint Microwave Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. red and white hard peppermints, 1 lb. white chocolate and 2 drops red food coloring (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crush mints in blender until fine.
Melt white chocolate in microwave on 70% power for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir to finish melting.
Add mints and food coloring.
Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Spread as thinly as desired.
Cool completely and break into pieces.
Store in airtight containers.
