Peppered Cheddar Dip
Peppered Cheddar Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. (4 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp. minced green pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix sour cream and Cheddar cheese until well blended. Add onion, green pepper, salt, Tabasco sauce and milk; mix well. If necessary, add another tablespoon of milk to make a good dipping consistency. Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks. Makes 2 cups of dip.
