Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak (in thin strips), 1 tbsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 cloves garlic, crushed and 1 1/2 c. beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle paprika over steak and brown in skillet in butter.
Add garlic and broth and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Add pepper; cover and cook 5 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce and add to meat mixture.
Blend until smooth.
Serve over rice.
