Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in very thin strips, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 1/2 c. water, 2 medium onions and 2 medium bell peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown meat in oil about 5 minutes and drain.
Add soy sauce and water, simmer 10 minutes.
Add onions, celery and peppers, cut in length-wise strips.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Serve over rice.
