Pepper Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, 5 medium green peppers, 5 oz. bottle soy sauce and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut steak into bite size pieces.
Roll in flour and fry until brown.
Meanwhile, cut peppers into strips.
After meat has browned, place in 3 quart pot.
Cover with water.
Add soy sauce and peppers.
Let come to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer until meat is done, about 1 hour.
Serve over hot rice.
