Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips, 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips, 2 tbsp. margarine, salt, pepper, paprika and 1/2 c. beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute peppers in margarine; season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add the beef broth; simmer for 15 minutes.
Add chopped parsley.
Sprinkle veal with ground black pepper and press into the meat.
Fry the veal fillets in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Combine sauteed peppers and meat.
