Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. round steak, 2 green peppers, 2 onions, 1 stalk celery and 1 large can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice steak into very thin strips.
Brown, then remove from skillet.
Saute peppers, onions and celery in skillet.
Put meat back in skillet and add tomatoes and 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Simmer about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until meat is real tender.
Serve over noodles, rice or shells.
