Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, 1/3 c. water, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat and drain.
Mix soup, water and lemon juice.
Put on meat.
Cover and simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes or until real good and tender.
Add peppers and cook 15 minutes longer.
Stir occasionally.
