Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 pkg. brown gravy mix and 1 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Thinly slice flank steak, diagonally.
Brown with onion in oil.
In mixture of brown gravy mix, 1 1/4 cups water and soy sauce.
Thickened.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add
2 large green peppers, cut in thin strips and 1 large tomato
(if desired), cut in wedges.
Simmer 10 minutes and serve over rice.
