Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 pkg. knorr french onion soup, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 3 tbsp. corn oil, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix water, soy sauce, soup mix and ginger in small bowl. Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add peppers and garlic. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add beef 1/2 at a time. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Remove as browned. Return beef and peppers to skillet.
Stir in soup mixture.
Stir constantly and bring to boil.
Boil 1 minute. Serves 4 over rice.
