Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. minute steaks, cut in strips, flour, 1 c. butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 2 green peppers, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dip steak strips in flour.
In large skillet, saute steak in 1/2 the butter for about 2 minutes.
Remove meat.
Add remaining butter to skillet and saute peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms 5 minutes; add tomatoes and bouillon.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Mix cornstarch, wine and soy sauce.
Add to skillet.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Add meat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
