Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, 4 green peppers, cut in 1-inch pieces and 1 c. sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat salad oil; add salt and pepper.
Add steak to oil.
Cook over high heat until brown.
Add onion and garlic salt.
Add green peppers and celery.
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; add to mixture.
Cover.
Cook over moderate heat until meat and vegetables are tender.
Blend cornstarch in 1/4 cup water.
Add soy sauce. Add to mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Serve over fluffy rice.
