Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin, cut in thin strips, 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, cored and seeded, 2 green peppers, seeded and cut up, 2 onions, sliced and 2 tbsp. light soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat pan; spray with Pam.
Add steak and cook until brown. Add vegetables.
Stir all other ingredients in and simmer for 30 minutes, until meat is tender.
If pan juices need thickening, add 2 tablespoons flour, mixed with 1/2 cup water.
Serve over rice. Makes 4 or 5 main dish servings.
