Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. top beef round or sirloin steak (3/4 to 1-inch thick), 1/4 c. salad oil, 1 c. water, 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place 4 pounds of country style ribs in large pan.
Add enough water to cover; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cook 1 hour. Remove ribs; drain.
Place, bone side down, in grill 3 inches from medium coals.
Cook about 30 minutes, turning frequently.
Prepare Orange Sauce.
Spoon sauce on ribs; cook for 5 minutes.
Turn; spoon sauce on ribs and cook 5 minutes longer, or until ribs are done.
