Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew beef, sliced into strips, 2 tsp. margarine, 3 bell peppers (green and red), 1 large onion and soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown stew beef in margarine.
Add 2 to 3 teaspoons soy sauce. Add bell peppers and onion, sliced.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes until onion and peppers are tender.
Serve over rice.
Pineapple chunks may be added just before serving.
