Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 1/2 c. beef broth and 1 c. sliced green onions with tops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut round steak into strips and brown in butter.
Add garlic and beef broth.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add green onion and green peppers.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
Stir into meat, mix and cook until thick (2 minutes).
Add tomatoes and stir gently.
Serve over a bed of rice.
