Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-1/2 lbs. sirloin steak (1/2 inch thick), 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 medium onions (chopped), 1 c. beef broth and 3 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Trim fat from meat and bones.
Cut meat into 4-6 serving pieces.
Grease large skillet, season meat on both sides with salt, brown meat thoroughly.
Set meat to the side; add onion; cook and stir until tender.
Stir in broth, soy sauce and garlic. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is tender.
Add green peppers.
Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.
