Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green bell peppers, cut in strips, 1 red bell pepper, cut in strips, 2 tbsp. margarine, salt, pepper, paprika to taste and 1/2 c. beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute peppers in margarine.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add broth.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add parsley. Sprinkle meat with black pepper and press into meat.
Fry in hot oil two to three minutes on each side.
Combine sauteed peppers and meat.
