Pepper Steak is an easy dinner. Made with top round steak, 1 medium onion, 1 medium green pepper and worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown onions and green peppers.
Dice the top round steak. Put into pan with peppers and brown.
Add hot water and half bottle of Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for approximately 45 minutes.
Mix flour and water to make gravy.
