Pepper Roast
Pepper Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. sirloin tip roast, olive oil, garlic, rosemary and coarse ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rub roast with olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
Press coarse ground black pepper all over roast (heavy) with palm of hand.
Cover loosely with foil or Saran Wrap and let stand for a couple of hours, preferably overnight but not necessary.
Bake for 2 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 130Β°. Cool slightly before slicing.
