Pepper Roast
Pepper Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 lb. boneless rump roast, slivered garlic and lemon pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Take off all fat.
Place slivered garlic in slits in roast. Wet roast under faucet.
Rub lemon pepper all over, kind of pat in.
Add more for good measure and pat on.
Marinate several hours or overnight.
Cook in oven, uncovered, at 200Β° for one hour, then turn oven as low as it will go and cook for 3 hours. Refrigerate.
When thoroughly cold, cut and serve.
