Pepper Relish
Pepper Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large green sweet peppers, 12 large red sweet peppers, 12 medium onions, 2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Remove seeds from peppers and grind peppers and onions.
Pour boiling water over the mixture and let stand 5 minutes.
Drain. Pour cold water over and let stand 4 minutes.
Can use more green peppers and red peppers for color.
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, peppers and onions; bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
Good and easy.
