Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. green pepper, 1/4 c. hot pepper, 6 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white vinegar and 1 1/2 oz. (1 pkg.) fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a saucepan, put peppers, sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add pectin and food coloring.
Stir well.
