Pepper Butter
Pepper Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 32 oz. white vinegar, 32 oz. mustard, 1 tbsp. salt and 51 peppers or peck, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grind peppers and mix sugar, white vinegar, mustard and salt together.
Bring to a boil and let boil for 10 minutes.
(Add 1 cup of flour to 1 pint of water.)
Add to the first mixture and bring back to a boil.
Let boil for 10 minutes, then pour into clean jars and seal.
Makes about 9 pints.
Great for hot dogs and hamburgs.
