Penuche Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar - packed, 2 tsp. milk and 3/4 - 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar.
Boil and stir over low heat for 2 mins.
Stir in milk.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Cool to lukewarm.
Gradually stir in confectioners sugar.
Place pan in ice water and stir until thick enough to spread.
