Peg's Reuben Casserole
Peg'S Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. deli corned beef, 1/4 c. thousand island dressing, 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, 1/2 lb. grated swiss cheese and 1/2 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Tear beef into bite size pieces and place into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Spread on dressing.
Drain sauerkraut and place on top of beef.
Add cheese.
Top with bread cubes, which have been tossed with butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350Β° or until hot and bubbly.
