Peg's Chicken Mornay
Peg'S Chicken Mornay is an moderately easy dinner. Peel potatoes and slice in half lengthwise.
Place in a greased oblong pan flat side down. Place chicken on top of potatoes.
Pour undiluted soup over top.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours covered at 325Β°, then uncover; sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 10 minutes.
