Peek-a-Boo Chicken
Peek-A-Boo Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut up fryer chicken or desired number of breasts, 1 c. wild or brown rice, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup and 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle uncooked rice over margarine.
Pour milk over rice.
In separate bowl, combine soups; spoon over rice.
Place chicken pieces over mixture and sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
Seal tightly with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
