Pecan Trout
Pecan Trout is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 rainbow trout fillets, flour, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. butter and 1/3 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Lightly flour fillets.
In a large skillet melt 2 Tbsp. butter.
Fry fillets over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. remove fish from pan and keep warm.
In a small saucepan, melt 1/3 c. butter and add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Pour sauce over trout.
