Pecan Tassies
Pecan Tassies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. butter, 2 c. sifted flour, 2 tbsp. buttter and 1 1/2 brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream softened cream cheese and 1 cup butter.
Blend in flour. Chill 4-6 hours.
Cream 2 tablespoons butter and brown sugar together.
Add salt, vanilla and eggs Beat well.
Press chilled dough in mini muffin tins.
Put 1/2 pecans in the shells.
Add filling, sprinkle with rest of pecans.
(Pecans can be added to filling.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
