Pecan Tassies
Pecan Tassies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine margarine and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Add flour; mix well.
Chill.
Combine brown sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Divide dough into 24 balls; press into miniature muffin pans.
Fill each cup 3/4 full of sugar/nut mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
