Pecan Sweets
Pecan Sweets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 1 tsp. water, 2 1/2 c. pecans, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add the pecans.
Stir until all pecans are coated.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Pour over pecans and mix well.
Put on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam spray.
Bake at 225Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 20 minutes.
