Pecan Sticks
Pecan Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. white sugar, 1 egg yolk, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 1/2 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add egg yolk, cinnamon, flour and pecans.
Mix thoroughly.
Spread 1/4-inch thick in well-greased 10 x 15-inch pan.
Add sugar to beaten egg white and brush over top of dough.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
