Pecan Sticks
Pecan Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add egg yolk and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Combine with other ingredients.
Grease sheet cake pan and pat flour mixture down into pan.
Beat the egg white until frothy and spread over top of mixture.
Chop the nuts and pat into mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 300Β°. Cut while hot.
