Pecan Snowballs
Pecan Snowballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter (very soft), 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. pecans, finely chopped and 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add pecans and flour.
Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
While hot, roll in confectioners sugar and when cool roll again.
