Pecan Sandies
Pecan Sandies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 2 tbsp. water, 2 tsp. vanilla and 4 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar.
Add water and vanilla; mix well.
Gradually add flour.
Fold in pecans.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and flatten with fingers.
Bake at 300Β° for 10 to 25 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
When cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
Makes about 5 dozen.
