Pecan Sandies
Pecan Sandies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. water and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla and water.
Add flour.
Mix well and add pecans.
Form small rolls 1 1/2 inches long.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven (300Β°) for 20 minutes or until delicately brown.
While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 3 dozen.
