Pecan Rolls
Pecan Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oleo, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. corn syrup, 1 c. pecans and 2 tbsp. soft oleo, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil 3 tablespoons oleo, brown sugar and corn syrup for 1 minute; pour into an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex pan.
Add pecans.
Use your favorite roll dough, about 8 x 8-inch square.
Spread 2 tablespoons oleo, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and chill for about 30 minutes.
Cut it into 1/2-inch rolls and place on top of syrup mix in pan.
Let rise 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Cook at 350Β° until brown.
