Pecan Roll
Pecan Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box powdered sugar, sifted, 1 jar marshmallow cream (8 or 9 oz.), 1 tsp. vanilla, chopped nuts and 1 large bag light caramels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Work sugar and vanilla into marshmallow cream.
Shape in a roll.
Wrap in wax paper and freeze overnight.
Melt the caramels in a double boiler.
Dip frozen rolls in melted caramels, then roll in chopped nuts.
Lay on wax paper and let set.
Rewrap. Tastes better after they set a few days.
Slice them and serve. Rolls may be made in your choice of sizes.
