Pecan Ritz Pie
Pecan Ritz Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, crumbled, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 3 egg whites, beaten and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix the first 3 ingredients together in small bowl.
Set aside.
Put egg whites in a large mixing bowl and beat until it forms peaks.
Slowly add sugar, then vanilla.
Add first bowl of dry ingredients and fold together gently with large spoon.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
