Pecan Puffs
Pecan Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. pecan meats and 1 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat butter until soft.
Add sugar.
Blend until creamy.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Stir in well and then add flour.
Roll dough into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake about 30 minutes.
While warm, roll in 10x sugar.
Preheat oven to 300Β°.
