Pecan Puffs
Pecan Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. sifted cake flour, 1 c. chopped pecans and confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add a little at a time: cake flour and chopped pecans.
Roll into small balls and bake on greased cookie sheet at 300Β° for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Roll in confectioners sugar while hot.
These freeze well.
