Pecan Puffs
Pecan Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. cake flour (sift before measuring), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter and sugar until soft and creamy.
Add vanilla. Stir in pecans and flour.
Form dough into walnut-sized balls. Bake on well-greased cookie sheet at 300Β° for 45 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
